I wanted to give my sofa a deep clean as it had been a long time. Since Excellent cleaning service was nearest to my Mumbai Home I called them and scheduled a service for Wednesday. But the service was below par and I was disappointed.

One of the cushions was damaged and they forgot to shampoo the sofa. This gave it a bad smell. Fortunately, they agreed to reimburse the cost of the cushion. This experience left me in a bad state. I would not use their service going forward.
