I needed to clean my sofa as there had been large deposits of dust. I called up facility home cleaning services and arranged for their service. It did not work out well as they did not take out the dust from the sofa properly.

Afterwards, the shampooing and deodorising were done incorrectly as well. The sofa looked in a very messy state. They also left some of their items and came back very late to collect them. This was unexpected and I would not hire their services for sofa cleaning again.
