Fire Extinguishers should be kept on each floor in prominent places throughout the floor.
The chief fire officer should arrange for a Hose reel, Wet Riser, Down comer, Sprinkler systems, courtyard hydrant, and Smoke and Fire Alarm System (manual or automatic) should be arranged.
Sand buckets should be installed at prominent places around the building, including the playground, garage, and garden area.
Mock fire drills should be conducted by the nearest fire station.
