What are Godrej The Trees Hariyali Mumbai Reviews?

I wanted to check out Godrej the Trees in Mumbai. I had heard a lot about it from my friends. I wanted to be very sure of Godrej the Trees unit configuration. There were 1,2 and 3 BHK flats available. The price range for the flats was between Rs 1.77 Crore to Rs 8.36 Crore.

I saw a few flats and was very interested in buying the 2BHK flat but since it was out of my budget, I had to opt out of the purchase. If you want to invest in this property, I would recommend you do it as there is Godrej’s Goodwill attached to projects like these.

My dad’s friend shared his experience with us recently. He was keen to have a look at this project. He wanted to buy a flat there since it was a Godrej Project and he was looking in the Hariyali area. He wanted to be sure about the project's legalities. He confirmed with the manager that Godrej the Trees Rera Number was P51800000158. Later when he asked about the possession date, the manager said it was completed in June 2022.

He also saw the project amenities. He liked the fact the project had a golf course since he was a big golf fan. There was also a generator facility available and an amphitheatre too. The amenities were to his liking. He purchased a flat there and was very happy about it.

I went along with my uncle to see this property in Mumbai as per the recommendation of his friend. We went to Godrej the Trees location at Pirojshanagar, Hariyali in Mumbai. While looking at the project hotspots, we found that Ghatkopar Bus Station was 3.4 km away and was the nearest bus stop.

While I looked for the metro stations, I realised Vivo Ghatkopar and Jagruti Nagar were 5.3 km and 5.4 km away respectively. My uncle looked for hospitals and found Dr Jiten Chowdhry - Laparoscopy, Gastro Surgeon & Piles Surgeon’s place was the quickest to get to. My uncle took a liking to the overall connectivity in the area and he went ahead and bought a flat here. Overall, he rated this project a 4 out of 5 under his Godrej The Trees reviews.
