What are Gopalan Atlantis Whitefield Bangalore Reviews?

My Cousin who lived in Haralur Road wanted to invest in nearby properties and was interested in investing in Gopalan Atlantis. She wanted to know about the Gopalan Atlantis unit configuration.

There were only 2 BHK and 3 BHK flats up for sale. The 2 BHK flat had a carpet area between 936 sq ft to 1150 sq ft . Whereas the 3 BHK flat had a carpet area between 1430 sq ft to 1755 sq ft. The Gopalan Atlantis price range was between Rs 1.5 Crore to Rs 2.5 Crore. 

She took the 3 BHK flat for Rs. 2.1 crore and was satisfied with the deal. She also said it would give her a generous rental yield going forward if needed.

Rohan, who was my former associate, was getting transferred to Bangalore. After he found out he would be working at Whitefield, he looked for properties there. A friend directed him to Gopalan Atlantis. He looked at the project amenities and found them to be convenient.

The flats were Vastu compliant. An ATM was installed on the premises. He was into fitness so the gym and aerobics room were perfect for him. Before finalising the property, he asked the manager about Gopalan Atlantis possession date. He found the project had finished in December 2014.

He could buy a flat right away. 

My Grandfather wanted to invest into real estate in Bangalore. I had seen some properties and heard of many Gopalan Atlantis reviews. We went to see the project together. Gopalan Atlantis location is at Ecc Rd, Dodsworth Layout, Whitefield, Bengaluru..

While checking the area, we found Ambedkar Nagar to be the nearest bus stop. There was bus and Metro connectivity to Kadugodi. While hunting for hospitals he was happy to see Dr.R.Munisingh Hospital and Vydehi Hospital a short distance away.

There was easy connectivity to other areas of Bangalore like Silk Board, Electronic City, Jayanagar and Banashankari. This pleased my grandfather and he immediately took a flat here.
