They said it will gradually increase based on its size, layout and other latest facilities it offers. Some of them like a clubhouse, banquet hall, intercom service, rain-water harvesting and more. 

I am also highlighting this project’s interior, which impressed my wife. It was made of high-quality materials to offer luxurious comfort for residents like:
