Last week, I moved to a new place and I had taken out my Hindware chimney as well. My chimney was way past its warranty period and in the new house, I had to get it installed. Since, I was not aware of how to get it installed, I called the Hindware customer support and asked for the Hindware Chimney installation charges.
What is the Hindware Chimney Installation Cost?
The Hindware executive asked me how many units I want to install as the prices vary depending on that. She told me that for an individual unit I need to pay Rs. 250 and if there are up to 2 units at same place, then the charges would be Rs. 400.
After that she also told me that, for more than 2 units at same premise, I need to pay Rs.400.00 and then Rs.150.00 for each additional unit after 2 units.
I informed that I have only one unit. Following this she said that standard labour charges does not include parts and the charges she mentioned are labour service only. Next, I was informed that the repair warranty for the same fault is for 45 days.
