My brother is an NRI and he stays in the USA. He recently opened a savings account in ICICI Bank. His NRI account was opened and available for transactions as soon as he submitted the necessary ICICI bank NRI account opening documents required. A valid passport photocopy (ID proof)
A copy of his permanent account number (PAN) or Form 60.
A copy of a current work permit, visa, or overseas resident card (proving one is an NRI)
Proof of address with the same address listed on the application
Photograph
The initial cheque or draft from your account.
