What are Jalvayu Towers Sector 56 Gurgaon Reviews?

I wanted to look at properties in Gurgaon for Investment. I was directed by some friends to go and see Jalvayu Towers. I enquired about Jalvayu Towers unit size and got to know the project size is 5 acres. Afterwards, when I asked about Jalvayu Towers unit configuration, it turned out the project had only 2 BHK flats available.

Since I was not able to get the flat’s price details, I felt it would not be worth pursuing a flat here anymore. I decided to have a look at some more properties in Gurgaon before making a final decision regarding buying the property.

My cousin was shifting to Gurgaon due to work and wanted to invest in properties there. I told her about Jalvayu Towers. She became interested in the project and wanted to see it. She also wanted to clarify a few things first. When she asked the manager about Jalvayu Towers Possession Date he replied the project finished in March 2006 which meant the flats were readily available.

She also saw the project amenities. She was happy internet services were provided. The big park was ideal for her to go for walks. The project was under CCTV Surveillance and a Generator Facility was also available. She was happy the amenities were well maintained. She decided to take a flat here.

My brother wanted to check out properties in Gurgaon. Some of his office colleagues had seen many Jalvayu Towers Reviews and said it was worth looking at. Jalvayu Towers location is at Sector 56 in Gurgaon, Haryana. He checked out the project hotspots and found Sector 54 Chowk Metro Station Bus Stop to be the closest. In terms of Metro Connectivity, he saw  Sector 54 Chowk, Sector 55-56 and Sector 53-54 were very close by.

He looked around for hospitals and found Artemis Hospital Gurgaon and Fortis Memorial Research Institute, Gurugram to be the closest. He also surveyed the supermarkets and found Adree Mart and More Supermarket Gurgaon Sector 56 were a short distance away.
