Everything one would need is within a few kilometres. This would make daily life convenient. Living in such a well-connected area reduces your overall commute time by a lot, making Laburnum Park an appealing choice for families looking to settle down in Pune.

During my visit to a relative’s family in this project around 6 months ago, I found the Laburnum Park price to be quite competitive in the area. The 3 BHK apartments start around Rs 2.8 crore, while the 4 BHK units can go up to Rs 3.4 crore. I saw a 4+ BHK house listed for 4cr. Though it might seem to be quite expensive, considering the first-rate amenities and excellent location in Magarpatta City, I thought the costs were reasonable.
You can get multiple facilities including a swimming pool, gym, lift, club house, indoor games, jogging track and so on. I finally invested in 3 BHK flats. I believe the investment appears to be worthwhile, given the lifestyle and community amenities offered.

I recently had to visit the family of my office friend because they were hosting a pooja there. It was in Laburnum Park, Magarpatta City, so I also got the opportunity to explore the society. I was especially impressed by the unit sizes available, which are spread over 5 acres of land. The apartments range from 3, 4 to 4+ BHK, with sizes starting at 1,715 sq. ft. When I asked my friend about the Laburnum Park possession date, he informed me he got the flat in June 2012.
I think such a spacious plan is ideal for families looking to settle down, because it offers plenty of space for comfortable living. The natural light and the ventilation of the house made the space look even bigger. I saw that the Laburnum Park unit size could cater well to my family's needs, so I planned to visit this project once again and do the investment.
