I was looking for a 1BHK flat for my sister in the Madhavaram area. She is divorced and we wanted her to be closer to our place even though she voluntarily asked to live in a separate home. She has a daughter Aarthi and she is in 10th grade now. Since the budget was limited, we wanted to look at properties that were around Rs. 20 lakhs. Thankfully, we came across a resale flat in the Lake view apartment who was ready to come down to this price (He initially asked for Rs. 22 lakhs). My sister was concerned about the locality a bit but when we asked around we got to know that CSI Bain Matric Hr School is just 4.5 kms away. Also, there are many medical facilities nearby such as Anand Hospital, Sornam Hospital and Boston Children Hospital. Since she lives close to our home, we can reach there in 10 minutes on our scooter. I haven’t heard her complaining so far in the span of 2 years. Hopefully, it remains that way.

I would like to talk about the pricing of flats in Lakeview apartments and about the status of the project right now. The flat prices are not too high given that it is in prime location. I researched and got to know that the prices of 1BHK and 2BHK flats in the Lakeview apartments Madhavaram Chennai are in the range of Rs. 26.91 lakhs and Rs. 48.44 lakhs. Since the project was handed over in 2011, you cannot expect it to have RERA approval as RERA act was introduced later. But I would recommend you to talk to current homeowners in the society to know about difficulties they are facing and know if there are any legal issues. They will be able to provide their genuine Lake view apartments review.

My grandfather needed a peaceful and calm surrounding to finally enjoy his retirement. He was looking to shift to a new house which is about 15-20 kms away from the main city area where jobs are available. My dad and he went to check out many projects and finally decided to put their money in a resale flat available in Lake view apartment.
