The team showed up very late than scheduled and was not well-prepared with the equipment that is required. They managed to clean out stains but the look of the sofa was gone, making my sofa look much worse. They were not at all careful with the fabric and there were even damages. The quality of their work was bad, and the pricing was too expensive.
