We had a terrible experience with Magnon Interiors. Their designers and execution team were extremely unprofessional. The designers left midway through the project and provided no useful input on the design. Hiring a carpenter or a local expert would have been a better choice. If you're considering them, I’d advise you to think a hundred times before making a decision. Their lack of commitment and poor execution made the entire process frustrating and disappointing. Save yourself the trouble and look for a more reliable and professional interior design company.

Magnon Interiors did an excellent job with the interior work on my new house. I was thrilled with the price, design, quality of materials, and skilled technical team. Their professionalism and timeliness were impressive up until the handover.
However, things took a turn for the worse after that. There was no customer service post-handover, making it nearly impossible to get hold of them. Addressing design mismatches and issues like the wavy pattern on the wardrobe doors became a nightmare. Worst experience ever! We paid a lot of money for a bad design and poor quality. We hired them in 2022 and by the next year, the kitchen plywood rotted around the sink, making it cramped. The sunmica of the TV unit in the living room has started falling off. We called them to raise the complaints and despite many calls, no one followed up. The service was terrible. Avoid this company. I will never recommend Magnon for home interiors to anyone.
