I definitely agree with both the users who have commented but I would also want to highlight Megapolis Mystic amenities they are offering 20 plus different forms of amenities such as gardens, gym, Swimming pool, jogging track, aerobics room, basketball court, tennis court, club house, party area, spa and many more. Apart from the beautiful apartments I was really impressed by these features, I booked a 3 BHK apartment at Megapolis Mystic just yesterday.

I have been wanting to shift from my current apartment for a long time, I thought that it wouldn't be possible until I heard about this society. The very first thing I asked was Megapolis Mystic possession date and they mentioned January 2025, which was exactly when I was planning to move out.
I then asked about the details of the apartments and floor plans,
they mentioned that Megapolis Mystic Unit area starts from 822 Sq Ft
and that the Megapolis
Mystic 2 BHK price starts from 80 Lakhs and the Megapolis Mystic 3 BHK price starts from 1.05 Crores. Which was pretty much in budget for the Unit area Megapolis Mystic had to offer. I booked a 2,5 BHK apartment here and I can’t wait to move in.

I got to know about Megapolis Mystic through a front page ad in the newspaper, the ad was so impressive that I was inspired to visit the project. Megapolis Mystic is a major project spread on an area of 12 acres. The Builders of the project are none other than Pegasus Properties PVT LTD who are known for their architecture all around in Pune. It is an apartment type property and Pegasus Properties PVT LTD unit configuration consists of 2, 2.5 and 3 BHK apartments. All these apartments are big and very spacious.
