What are Megapolis Sangria Tower Hinjawadi Pune Reviews?

My uncle wanted to put a certain sum into real estate in Pune. He went around and looked at properties. He informed me of this project. He wanted to be clear about Megapolis Sangria Towers unit configuration. He was told there were 2 and 3 BHK flats available. The size of a 2 BHK flat was between 850 to 1,200 sq ft. The price band was between Rs. 75 Lakhs to  Rs 78 Lakhs.The 3 BHK flats were sized between 1,345 to 1,628 sq. ft. The price ranged between Rs. 90 Lakhs to Rs 1.6 Crores. My uncle felt a 2BHK flat would be a good buy. It was within his budget and he felt he got a good deal.

My father had told me to look at some properties in Pune. Many of my friends in Pune informed me about this project. I wanted to ask some legal queries about the project before seeing it. I asked the manager about the Megapolis Sangria Towers RERA Number and he said it was A51800000454. He also conveyed that its possession date was March 2015.

I then visited the project and saw the project amenities. There was an aerobics room, an amphitheatre, an ATM inside the premises and a generator facility. I liked the project amenities and narrated all of the facts to my father. He told me that he would look into the property after a few days.

My friend Subham who lived in Mumbai wanted to invest in properties in Pune. As I stay in Hinjawadi, he asked me for some recommendations. I heard a lot of Megapolis Sangria Towers Reviews and they were positive. I informed him about the same. He wanted to immediately see the project. 

We both went to Megapolis Sangria Towers location at Hinjewadi in Pune. While surveying the surrounding area, we found Rihe Phata Bus Stop was 3.2 km away which was the closest. He looked for hospitals and found Megapolis Polyclinic and Sai Clinic were 8 and 9 minutes away respectively. He checked the supermarkets too and saw Crystal Market and Green Mart Super Store were situated within a 2km radius. 

The area was decent and Subham felt he did not have to go too far for essentials. He went ahead and purchased a flat.
