I wanted to clean the glasses at my home since there were spots of dust and other marks and I have chosen Neat and Clean Chennai for Glass cleaning. The windows were left with dry water marks, making them look worse than before. They didn’t bother to clean the window frames, which were left dusty and dirty. Even the mirrors inside the house were poorly cleaned, with visible spots and fingerprints left behind. I won’t be using this service again.

I had high hopes for the full house deep cleaning by Neat and Clean Chennai, but it was a complete letdown. Despite the promise of a deep clean, they missed many areas. The dirt in the bathroom tiles was left untouched, and the kitchen cabinets weren’t even wiped down inside. I got my carpet cleaned by Neat and Clean Chennai after I heard about the positive Neat and Clean Chennai reviews, but it was a huge disappointment. They didn’t move furniture, so large areas of the carpet were left untouched. Some stains were actually made worse by their cleaning method. The carpet was left overly wet, which took days to dry and led to a musty smell. I feel like I wasted money on a service that did more harm than good. I’m definitely not calling them back.
