When it came to the Oberoi Springs Possession Date, My Nephew was told that the project was completed in Feb 2012. The flats were readily available. According to my father’s instructions, I was looking out for properties in Mumbai. I came across many Oberoi Springs reviews. I wanted to go and see the project. Oberoi Springs location is at New Link Road, Andheri, West Mumbai. While looking at the surrounding area, I found the nearest bus stops were Oshiwara Police Station and B.S.E.S. Sub Station.
Looking at metro connectivity, Lower Oshiwara Metro Station was just 0.6 km away. Oshiwara and Andheri West were both 1.3 km away and were the next nearest. PVR Citi Mall Andheri West and PVR ICON Infiniti Andheri West were within a radius of 0.6 km.
The overall connectivity appealed to me. I felt it would be good to invest here. I went back and told my father about the property and its surroundings. He said he would look into it.
