I have inquired about this and here is the Opus 77 review. I was eager to see the project because of their amenities and location. I have 2 kids and I like keeping them busy with physical activities, there is a playground where they enjoy visiting. Opus 77 Amenities has a set of other luxurious perks as well such as a swimming pool, gym, clubhouse and many more. Opus 77 location is also an easy access to my family, my partner’s office is nearby and so is my child’s school. I have plans on moving ahead with this property.

The project area is spread in 2 acres and Opus 77 Unit Configuration consists of 2 and 3 BHK apartments. I liked the property for its well built and spacious planning. After visiting a couple of more projects I will discuss with my family and then make a decision.
My friends recently shifted to Wakad in Pune and they requested me to look for some properties in the area. On my list I came across
Opus 77. They found Opus 77 location very suited to their requirements, their office was just 1.6 Kms away. They were looking for a flat which has good connectivity and has good offerings to spend good time during the weekend. There are many theaters and Shopping malls such as Xion Mall and Laxmi Mall within a 3 kms distance. They really like the property and I believe they have mentioned booking a flat here.
