What are Panorama Tower Reviews, Andheri West, Mumbai?

When we chose this project, we knew we were in expert hands, as I came to know that it has RERA approval. The Panorama Tower RERA Number is MAHA RERA/798/2016/AG/0384. Apart from this, the builder has done an excellent job ensuring the homes are Vaastu-compliant. The Panorama Tower unit configuration is 1, 2 & 3 BHK. With over 100 units, it’s a large community, yet everything feels well-organised and secure. Plus, the dedicated reserved parking and good undisrupted water and electricity supply for the entire society reflects how well the builder has planned for practical needs. 

When I went to purchase a flat here, the sales team informed me that the Panorama Tower price for a 1 BHK resale property starts at Rs.1.35 crores. As I booked a 2 BHK resale flat, it cost me around Rs 2.65 crore for a 1200 sq ft property.

I recently moved to Mumbai for a job and visited the Panorama Tower location with my uncle last month. One thing that impressed us most was its prime location. It’s close to everything we need. SP Jain Institute of Management and Research is just 1.9 km away, and Vidyalankar Classes for JEE are 2.2 km away, making it ideal for educational needs. Plus, the Versova metro station is only 0.9 km away, which is perfect for daily commutes.

For shopping, Mega Mall, Kamdhenu, and Fun Republic Mall are all within a kilometre. Entertainment is close too, with PVR in Citi Mall and Yasin's Food Inn nearby, so there’s never a dull moment. And for essentials, Apna Bazar Cooperative is within walking distance. Having my uncle’s support helped me decide, and we purchased a 1BHK in this fantastic location.

I have been living here alone as a working bachelor for the last 7 months, hence sharing my Panorama Tower reviews with you all. It has been a great experience; the society offers everything I need, from a well-maintained lift to the gym. Also, as a working individual, a reserved parking is a must which they provide which is very safe. They also have parking for visitors. They have a bank and an ATM which makes everyday life more fast and comfortable. The best thing is there are retail shops which make everyday life so much smoother, as I don't have to roam around anywhere in search of groceries. There is CCTV and Intercom connection which gives a sense of security.
