I have heard some great Prestige Bella Vista reviews from a friend who has a family member residing in the project. Since I was looking to buy a 2BHK flat in Iyyappanthangal, I explored my options there. Everything was actually great as my friend told me. I got to talk to the building occupants as well and they didn’t have many concerns. Of course, they complained about the traffic jams too but nothing that the project offered had any problems. I particularly liked the concept of a clubhouse tower. My children were very excited to look at it. There were all sorts of games and I wouldn’t even have to worry about their security as that’s pretty tight too. I heard a few whispers about the quality of water but got to know that it was looked after as well.
I couldn’t buy the flat here because it fell a little over my budget. I was looking at a budget of not more than Rs. 50- Rs. 60 lakhs but it was Rs. 10 lakh more. If you are willing to make that investment, I would say go for it.

I have lived in one of the towers of Prestige Bella Vista for a few months. I rented a flat there. In my opinion, everything was fine, the neighbourhood is good and people are really helpful. As far as the property is concerned, I enjoyed walking in the garden after dinner. It is peaceful and pleasant to have greenery around. The only concern I had was with the traffic. It is such a busy area and due to metro work, there was quite a lot of inconvenience. Other than that, my short stay at Prestige Bella Vista Iyyappanthangal was good.

I was going through a list of projects in Iyyappanthangal and Prestige Bella Vista caught my eye. On the forefront, it seemed like a promising project. Given that the project comes via a reputed builder, I was inclined to take a look at it. The buildings and towers are magnificent and in fact, flats are beautifully done. I was inclined to make a purchase but then I did some more research to find out that there are quite a few legal suites and filings against this particular project. The claims say that proper environmental clearance was not obtained. I also came across a Prestige Bella Vista Flat Owners Welfare Association letter pointing out legal disputes and concerns. For now Prestige Bella Vista reviews don’t look as positive. Can anyone here confirm how far these lawsuits are and if they hold any grounds or not?
