My brother recently visited this project, and said that the Prestige Ivy Terraces unit configuration. were 2, 2.5, and 3 BHK. He also said that the project offered Vastu compliant apartments, alongwith a good number of amenities. These were like the presence of a swimming pool, gym, security, intercom, children's play area, visitor parking, housekeeping, jogging track, and so on.
Finally, he bought a 3 BHK apartment here and was happy with the real estate investment.

I went with a relative to this project. He had seen many Prestige Ivy Terraces reviews and was keen to see the project. While looking at the surroundings, we found Carmelaram was the nearest bus stop and was 4.2 km away. While searching the nearby hospitals, we saw Sakra World Hospital was just 7 minutes away. We also found out that All Season Supermarket and Grand City Supermarket were 1.1 and 1.3 km away respectively. The connectivity was all right, and the Prestige Ivy Terraces was strategic. But my relative had second thoughts about buying a property here. He decided to take some more time and check more options before making a final decision.
