I still don’t know how can people write positive Puran interiors reviews, as they are nothing but a big scam company. Designers here do not have any creativity they imitate Pinterest designs word by word without any originality.
Their false boasts of a 10-year warranty on pricey accessories like Hettich tricked us. There were no assurances or warranty cards given. They will only ask you to make more payments if you call them.
Furthermore, we have observed that individuals who received estimates from them ended up paying 60% less for identical work (similar designs) performed by other organisations. In other words, they are overcharging.
Very dissatisfied with the management's and employees' attitudes.

They are the biggest scams on the market! I booked them after going through several online Puran interiors reviews. Puran is an extremely unprofessional, expensive, and entirely unreliable company that will abandon you the moment you notice issues with the furniture, so never consider them for interior design work.
We were left with a lot of unfinished work that needed to be completed by ourselves.
Some of them are absurd, such as the bed box that is partially open, making you wonder why there is a box in the first place. Their professionalism is demonstrated here. When we contacted them to voice our complaints, they continued avoiding us, using fictitious excuses such as unpaid invoices (if any, how come you were unaware of this until we complained?).

This is one of my Puran interiors reviews. They are a good and affordable place for your interior requirements.
Puran is quite accommodating with their payment schedule and makes every effort to accommodate everything into your budget.
The only con regarding this was that the designer was not as talented as we had assumed. We had anticipated more ideas and comments, but she created the precise style we requested without even letting us know if it would work. Essentially, she was on notice and had to move out of the organisation; this was her final project with us.
