My family recently visited Rizvi Cedar and this is a brief Rizvi Cedar review. Rizvi Cedar amenities were my family’s favorite feature, the beautifully built swimming pool, Children’s play area, well maintained gardens and the gym as well. We liked the property but we will come to a conclusion after visiting some more properties.

I have been wanting to move out of the flat I am currently residing in because I was getting married. Rizvi Cedar in Malad East is closer to me and my fiance’s office so we went ahead to take a look at this project. Rizvi Cedar is a really well built project and we were instantly captivated by its architecture. Rizvi Cedar location is at a very prime point all the essentials and utility are in a reachable line. Whether it be metro stations, D mart, PVR or hospitals all are available in a shorter distance. I really liked the property and so did my fiance, we are planning to move in a couple of months.

Rizvi Cedar is the most luxurious building in the area. I went to visit the project just because it looked so stunning, but the prices were set according to the area as well. They told us that the Rizvi Cedar 2 BHK price starts from 1.5 crore for a unit size of 750 Sq Ft. They also assured me that the property is legal with their RERA verification under Rizvi Cedar RERA number P51800003809. The room planning was done pretty decently and the balcony had a great view as well. I decided to go ahead with the property.
