Hello. I wish to share my Runwal Avenue review based on the visit last week with my mother and father. We had our interest in the 2 BHK flat in the project and liked the overall features a lot. There is a large open green space, so you can expect fresh air, with decent ventilation in the flats.
To talk about the Runwal Avenue unit size, the 2 BHK’s area ranges from 475 sq. ft. to 571 sq. ft., which isn’t huge but okay for Mumbai. A thing that really caught our attention was the wide range of amenities here. Some of the ones I can remember include a multipurpose court, a yoga pavilion, a creche, swimming pools, an aqua gym/jacuzzi and a jogging track.
As far as the Runwal Avenue price is concerned, the flats start at Rs. 1.7 crores, which we felt was a little expensive given our budget. So, we decided to take a step back and see if it would be worth moving ahead with the deal.
We moved ahead to look at the other features, and some of them were fascinating to us. There is an entrance lobby in each tower, DG back up in essential and common areas, multiple level parking along with video door phone with intercom from lobby to apartment. Given these features, we are still considering the flat as we haven’t found a better place yet. The Runwal Avenue possession date is April 2027, which also suits us, compared to the other projects we've visited. So, we’ll see if this is the one we go ahead with.

Be sure that the Runwal Avenue completion date is going to be delayed. My friend visited this project a few months ago and was very happy. She learned from the sales team that the project would be completed by 2025, but now the date has been revised. The Runwal Avenue possession date is now set for December 2026. We were not interested in 2.5 or 3 BHK, so I did not note it, but I remember them mentioning that the highest-priced apartment is Rs 2.30 crore (3 BHK). We are looking for a 2 BHK, and the Runwal Avenue 2 BHK price is a bit high, but it is a lavish and elegant project. Their planning is what buyers crave, and their construction quality also seems good.
The Runwal Avenue construction status is in its mid stage so we will wait until December and then take our final decision. I will suggest interested people invest here, and it will be worth it.

Ft.The project sounds and looks premium in the floor plan. The gated community has eco-friendly facilities such as rainwater harvesting and garbage recycling. I have booked a unit here after looking at Runwal Avenue reviews and developer reviews. I was informed that I will find luxurious state-of-the-art amenities including gym, swimming pool, walking/jogging track, garbage collection services, and 24-hour security patrols, convenience stores, green areas vistas, a crèche, a multifunctional court, a yoga pavilion, a kids' play area, an activity area, and a senior citizen corner. It seems the project will have a vast range of sports and fitness-related amenities as well. I am looking forward to all of them. I hope things pan out well.
