Hello, my cousin recently visited this project, He saw the Sagar Enclave unit configuration and found there were only 2 BHK flats available. The Sagar Enclave price band for the 2 BHK flats were between Rs 1.35 Crore to Rs 2.20 Crore. My cousin lived with his mother and felt the 2 BHK flat would be apt for them.
My cousin bought the flat here also because he liked the location as one could connect quickly to areas such as Jayanagar, JP Nagar and VV Puram from this project.

My sister searched for properties in Banashankari. When her friend told her about Sagar Enclave, she was very interested in the project. While looking at the project’s legal standing, she found Sagar Enclave RERA Number was P56/CR/2012/0002. She was also impressed with the project amenities that included a park, a gym and an indoor gaming zone which was exactly what she needed. A power backup facility was also available. Since the project was legally sound and the amenities were to her liking, she bought a flat.

I wanted to buy a property in Banashankari. This led to a property hunt, and while searching, I found several Sagar Enclave reviews. When I visited this project I really liked the Sagar Enclave location. The project hotspots I found are, CS-Ajmera Infinity Apartment Bus Stop and Fine Mart Supermarket Bus Stop were within a 2 km radius. While checking hospitals, Sparsh Hospital and Vaidyaratnam Ayurveda Clinic Panchakarma Pharmacy were situated within 0.5 km. Nilgiri's was the nearest supermarket and was 0.4 km away. Overall, I liked this project and went ahead with purchasing a flat here.
