Biggest scam company I came across in my life. So let me share my experience of the Sahiti Constructions pre launch offer I invested in. I gave them 25 lakhs about two years ago to book a property in my name and have been taking follow-ups since then. But they haven't responded properly or given me my money back. This is the Sahiti Constructions issue I wanted you to be aware of. So if you get this customer service after paying this much money, I think it’s better to find an alternative.

• Sahiti Anand Landmark, Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad.

• Sahiti Aavaas, Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad.

• Siri Signature, Madhapur, Hyderabad.

I had a terrible experience with Sahiti Constructions pre launch offer. I was about to invest here but I got to know that they do fraudulent business after the payments are made and you will get no response. Since almost 2 years have passed, Rolling Hills has not received any updates in which I was about to invest. Do not spend your time and money with this terrible firm. The following are some of the Sahiti Constructions ongoing projects in Hyderabad:

• Sarvani Elite, Ameenpur.

• Karthikeya Panorama, Kakatiya Hills.

• Kruthi Blossom, Patrika Nagar.

But you must do proper research before investing blindly here.

One of my friends had a very good experience with Sahiti constructions. In 2014, he purchased a villa from Sahiti Constructions pre launch offer at around Rs.2 Crores and moved in in 2016. The builder provided numerous facilities that he always appreciates and he also told me that the construction is superb. Fortunately, everything turns out as promised from his point of view to me. So I think you can also try your luck here.

Highly fraudulent company. They have taken from me 70lac ruppes for booking a flat and then postponed my sale of agreement for 3 months later they sold flat to another person. Even then i had to roam around like anything to get money back from them. They are real faction people. I had to go till police to get my money back.never invest in this company. All of their constructions are illegal, they always illegally construct more number of floors than approval and none of their projects have noc. Sahiti Sri vidhya ambrosia- approved 5 floors constructed 6 floors Sahiti Karthikeyan panorama-approved 10 floors constructed 12 floors Sahiti krithi blossom- approved 5 floors constructed 7 floors Many examples like that, all of their constructions are illegal without any proper approvals, MD is the real cheater followed by equally cheating people Shekhar, Jyothi basu and all. Beware now they are coming in name of frontline constructions.
