I discovered that the price is quite excessive considering the location. Also, Prasadmath Enterprises is far away from this project. It was then advised that I look into

Choose Provident Park Square if you're in a rush. I will advise you to check out both of these before determining which is the better fit for you.

Six months ago, my father visited Sattva Misty Charm and was quite pleased with the CRM team. They answered all of his questions promptly and with great respect. The Salarpuria Sattva Misty Charm RERA number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/170824/000174. 

My father shared his reviews with me. He said the project was big and extremely well-planned. The primary attractions are the two acres of open green space and the clubhouse. The construction quality is excellent. Additionally, work is being done on the road widening. My father finally booked a 2 BHK flat here. The project offers 1BHK, 2BHK and 3BHK apartments at what is known to be one of the fastest growing locations in Bangalore, off Kanakapura Main Road. Here are the sizes and prices you should look out for.
