In my experience SBI home loan reviews are quite positive. In my opinion they have the lowest interest rates and they offer many offers and discounts from time to time. I agree the process for loan approval can take some time but it is worth the wait. They basically conduct a through check and the loan officer personally goes through each document for every check that could be there. They ask for hard copies of documents so if you think things can happen digitally then please revisit your decision. I didn’t have a problem with that. I recommend you to understand the terms and conditions thoroughly because I see people don’t do that and then blame banks for deducting money.

In my home loan SBI review, I will talk about interest rates. I am sure by Mr. Cyrus’s comment you are aware of the documentation process but before moving forward you should know about interest rates too. At the moment, these are the interest rates:

Upto Rs. 30 lacs

> =750

6.70%

<750

Card Rate

Above 30 lacs

>=750

6.70%

>=700 ~ 749

6.80%

New to Credit (-1)

6.90%

Minimum Floor Rate – 6.70

But these are concessional rates till 31st March 2022. This should be helpful.
