What are Shift My Luggage Reviews?

You better opt for some local transporters than availing Shift My Luggage’s bike service. I availed of their service to get my bike transported and cannot tell you how disappointed I am. Here is a list of issues I faced:

• They arrived an hour late which is okay but they delivered my goods six hours later than the time mentioned. They never received the call or cared to say the reason for the delay

• I gave them extra money to get my bike transported in a vehicle separately but when they were unloading my bike, I saw around seven more bikes in the same vehicle. What's the point of spending so much money if they don't keep their promises?

Their service was very disappointing and unprofessional. I will rate them 1/5 for their poor service.  I would not recommend Shift My Luggage to anyone. Save your money and find a more reliable company.

I availed of the Shift My Luggage local shifting service in Bangalore last year and had an incredibly disappointing experience. I had asked them to come on time since I had some other commitments but despite the fact that they came three hours late. Things started going downhill from the moment they arrived.

They seemed to be local labourers who did not know how to handle goods properly and wrapped them carelessly with poor packaging materials. As a result, my costly goods, like a couch, dining table, coffee table and even kitchen items, got wet. Several of my crockery items also got broken during the transit. I would not recommend Shift My Luggage to anyone looking for reliable and careful moving services.

I couldn’t find any such Shift My Luggage reviews online but since I was in a hurry I availed of their service just last year. Everything seemed good till the goods were loaded. Two hours after the vehicle left, their team member called me and asked for Rs 4,300 more, stating the number of goods was more than what was mentioned. I refused to pay the extra charge since I knew I had mentioned everything but they insisted I pay the amount or else they won't deliver the goods. After much bargaining, I was able to lower the charge to Rs 3,000. 

This was not the end. My goods were supposed to be delivered by 2 pm but they delivered it around 9 pm.  I was shocked to see my dressing table broken but they were too reluctant to admit their fault and stated that it had been broken since the beginning.

Guys, please do not go with them. They are the worst packers and movers in town.
