My husband works in Grand Galada Centre Mall. So, I was looking for a 2 BHK flat and I found out about Sidharth Greenwoods project. It is very close to the mall. Initially, I thought that 2 BHK flat was of small carpet area. However, they intend to build a large square foot 3 BHK flat which is priced at Rs. 1.02 crores (quite over my budget). After touring a few other projects, we decided that the price of this property for 2 BHK was reasonable and booked one for ourselves.

My brother just reserved a 3 BHK flat in Sidharth Greenwoods, Pallavaram, Chennai. Seriously telling you, their dedication to excellence was visible at every turn of the process, from the initial consultation to the last closing. The possession date is listed as July 2025. I will definitely share a detailed Sidharth Greenwoods review later but as of now, I believe it is a good investment. The Pallavaram bus stop and the airport metro station are both very close to this project which indicates that the flats here will definitely see a price appreciation in the future.

Sidharth Greenwoods is being developed by the Sidharth Foundation Housing Ltd. I have seen other projects of the developer. Sidharth Greenwoods review tells me that the RERA ID of the project is TN/01/Building/00107/2023. I am planning to buy a 2BHK here. I visited Sidharth Greenwoods and I must say, I am impressed with the plans that they have shared about this development. They are offering multiple amenities like a gym, indoor games, a tennis court, an aerobics room, and so on
.
The pricing is justified in my opinion. I would like to know if anybody else has visited the site yet. What are your thoughts?
