I had to get my kitchen cleaned after a long time. I decided to take the help of Smit Enterprises. It did not turn out to be a good decision. The cobwebs in the kitchen were not cleaned properly. It was not done well at all.

The shelves had a dirty look as they were not scrubbed properly after being dusted. This was a big letdown. They also took longer than 2 hours to do the service which forced me to change my plan for the rest of the day.

The dirty water was not drained out or flushed down which gave the bathroom a very ugly look. The standard of service was very low. The service which happened for me was very different as compared to the recommendations. It was an ordeal and I was very unhappy.

I owned a flat which I had let out. For a long time, no tenants turned up. This gave me a chance to clean the flat. After seeing many Smit Enterprises Mumbai Reviews, I decided to ask them to do the cleaning. It did not turn out great. Their service quality was below par.

The attic in the house was not cleaned properly and the balcony area was still full of dirt. When I asked the professional about it. He said he had already finished doing it. I found his reply unacceptable. I reached customer support but there was no reply.

While cleaning the dust and any other dirty matter were not taken off properly. They did not deodorise the sofa properly after cleaning. This was not what I expected and things did not go as I thought they would.
