When he met the manager, he asked him about the Somerset Apartments Rera Number, which was PRM/KA/RERA/1251/310/AG/171114/000400. The project had some basic amenities like rainwater harvesting, an intercom facility, a lift facility and 24/7 security. He was happy with the amenities. Since the project was all good legally, he bought a flat here.

While looking at investing in properties in Bangalore, I checked out several Somerset apartments reviews. I recently visited the project and booked a property here. I really liked the Somerset Apartments location at 8, Mahatma Gandhi Rd, near Trinity Metro station, Craig Park Layout, Sivanchetti Gardens, Bengaluru.
MG Road is one of the most happening places. When it comes to bus stops, ASC Centre was just 5 minutes away. Metro stations like the Mahatma Gandhi Road, and Cubbon Park Metro are just 3.0 km, and 2.8 km from this apartment. Hospitals like Mallaya and ESI are present within a 4 km radius. In terms of Supermarkets, Big Bazaar is 0.7 km away and Nilgiris Supermarket is 1.7 km away. I bought the property because of its prime location.
