I was looking for flats in K R Puram and I was told about Sumadhura Shikharam. I made a special request already so I got to know that Sumadhura Shikharam
2 BHK price starts from 95 Lakhs for 1160 Sq Ft, the place is pretty spacious and society is well maintained as well. For Sumadhura

3 BHK price it starts somewhere around 2 crores for 1600 Sq Ft, I felt like for 3 BHK you can find much better flats in a range lesser than this. I will think about the 2 BHK apartment after I have visited the others.

I recently visited
this project on a recommendation, so I am curious to share the Sumadhura Shikharam review myself. This is a well established project in a very busy area of Bangalore. Sumadhura Shikharam Unit figuration is of 2 and 3 BHK homes, although the floor plan and Sumadhura Shikharam 2 BHK and 3 BHK price is not specifically mentioned anywhere but from what I know it starts somewhere at around Rs. 2 crore. I have contacted the builder and will soon get more insights to it.
