I have been to 3C Lotus Zing multiple times since my bestie lives here and I can assure you that investing here will be a good decision. This project is

  • Spread across 18 acres of land and 80% of open area, allowing the residents to breathe in fresh air and enjoy great ventilation 

  • It is a RERA-approved project and I have not heard of any legal issues surrounding it

  • An ample number of amenities, like a kids’ play area, swimming pool, 24*7 security, gym, etc., are available here

Everything seems perfect here. I am considering having a 1 BHK here as soon as I can; hence, I will recommend it to others.
