- Type 2:
Type 2 is called the non-combustible construction. This is used to build commercial malls, modern schools and more. The construction uses metal and inflammable lightweight concrete.
- Type 3:
This kind of construction is known as the ordinary, which uses brick or masonry walls, flammable floors and wooden roofs. In type 3, you’ll find concrete or reinforced masonry on most occasions.
- Type 4:
Talking about type 4, it is called as heavy timber, barns, houses, churches and old factories are made using type-4 construction. The main construction element here is timber. Here, you will find beams, arches, and columns heighted at least 8 inches to increase the durability.
- Type 5:
In type 5, combustible or lightweight manufactured wood is the main construction material. The structure here is well-structured, low on cost and straightforward to erect.
