We were looking for a 4 BHK apartment in Balewadi, Pune and came across some positive 7 Avenues reviews. So, we decided to visit the property and found that the project is spread across 4 acres. I found the security systems commendable and the maintenance was good. There is a fire safety and rainwater harvesting system as well.
The best part is that it has RERA approval and 7 Avenues RERA ID is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/308/PR/171215/001559. Also, all the apartments are vastu compliant which makes it more secure and comfortable to live in. There is plenty of space for parking and there is a separate jogging track as well. Apart from this, I found that the 7 Avenues unit configuration is 2,3, and 4 BHK apartments.

We have a 2 BHK apartment in 7 Avenues and I can share my 7 Avenues reviews here. When we visited the project last year, we found that there are a lot of shopping malls and supermarkets nearby and the closest bus station is just 2.3 kms away. Besides this,
Lifeline hospital is within 3.4 kms
Vibgyor High School is 3.4 kms away
The closest cinema hall, Finvice All in one, is just 2.5 kms away
Shree Bhavani Supermarket is within 4.2 kms.
The 7 Avenues location factor was suitable for us and there have been no commutation problems so far.
