They booked a service for relocating some of their household goods, like fridge, almirah, TV, and so on. Despite their promises of safe handling, they received several pieces of equipment with noticeable damages, including deep scratches and dents. The packing materials used by the labourers were not enough for the weight and size of the goods resulting in impacts. They charged an extra Rs. 3500 in the bill than the quoted amount, but it was for the toll tax service charge.  When I asked him later, the executive explained that it was a standard charge. 

They initially promised a 14 ft covered truck, but due to some issues, they had to use a 10ft open pickup. Unfortunately, it was a rainy day, and some of my stuff got a little wet during delivery. But they handled it professionally and did their best to minimise the damage. They did a great job packing and delivering all my items. Despite the hiccups, I appreciate their effort and would consider using their service again.
