Hey, The ABA Cherry County location is strategic in terms of connectivity. The Artha SEZ bus stop is just 2.6 km, Eco Village bus stop is also within 3.7 km. The nearest train station is Chipyana Buzurg, which is just 4.8 km. We were planning to book a 2 BHK apartment here. However, we were informed that the 2 BHK apartments are all sold out. On enquiring about the ABA Cherry County price list the sales team shared the below given table with us,

Hi, I visited the site a few months back, after going through a few online ABA Cherry County reviews. This is located on a 12-acre corner site with a 100-metre-wide green belt on one side. The features that I found most appealing were the high-speed SS lift by OTIS, the 24-hour intercom security, the international standard landscaping by Zoras, London, the Podium level for added safety, the certified earthquake-resistant structure, 24-hour water supply, and the timely possession with penalty clause included in their agreement. I am happy with this project and I’ve booked a 3 BHK apartment here.
