As I was looking to invest in a residential property in Anand Nagar, Thane, Mumbai, I came across the Ace 180 Life project. I checked its details from NoBroker and got really impressed.   The Ace 180 Life project area is 1.1 acres. This project is near Pratap Sarnaik International School, Anand Nagar, Ghodbunder Road, Thane. 

When I looked into buying a 2 BHK flat, I found that the Ace 180 Life 2 BHK price is Rs. 89 lakhs for 594 square feet of carpet. Overall, I liked this project and am planning to book a unit here. 

I did a lot of research before contacting Ace 180 Life regarding a one-bedroom flat. The Ace 180 Life 1BHK price varies according to the carpet area and starts at Rs 59 lakhs. The apartment looks good, however it doesn't seem like the kitchen or the balcony are very big. However, I was drawn in by its amenities and location. The best features I could find were lounges with WiFi connectivity, a music and dance studio, a conference area, a co-working space, a solar panel system, and so on. The Ace 180 Life Possession date that I came to know is December 2029. Overall, I liked it and planned to wait for a year before making the booking.
