A few weeks back, my uncle told me about the Aditya Mega City location, which was in Vaibhav Khand, Indirapuram, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, India. He told me that it's a great project and I should consider investing in it. According to my uncle, the average property price in the area is Rs 6,950 per sq. ft. Uncle also told me that it has quite a lot of amenities such as a Swimming pool, a Badminton court, Community hall, Jogging track, Children's play area. Now, I am planning to visit this property and if all goes well, I will invest in it.

After learning about it, I visited the project to learn more about the apartments. During the visit, I noticed that apartments are quite spacious and they receive a lot of natural light. The apartment that I was interested in also had a great view. I am planning to book it in a few weeks, just waiting on a few paperwork.
