I must say that after seeing the project, it is being constructed at an excellent location with first-rate connectivity. Also, this is a RERA approved project and the Adityaraj Majestic RERA number is P51800055402. I believe this is one of the greatest societies to live in. This project will have enormous potential for future price appreciation and rental development. I'm going to rate this project five stars.

My in-laws and I went to this project this past weekend. Their sales representative gave me the Adityaraj Majestic address over the phone. They said they were located at Subhash Nagar, Chembur East, Mumbai, near the Administrative Building and the Deonar Abattoir. We visited and discovered that the sales team's communication was terrible. 

They will act in a highly unprofessional manner as soon as you tell them that the booking cost is significantly higher than the others.
