What are the Adroit Urban Prosper, Chengalpattu, Chennai Reviews?

While returning from the office last week, I came across an Adroit Urban Prosper ad. Since I was interested in purchasing a property, I reached home and researched about it. The very first thing I checked was the possession date and learned that It was ready to move. I got in touch with them over the phone and asked about their visiting hours. 

As per the visiting hours, I visited the property, and about the Adroit Urban Prosper 2BHK price and RERA number. An executive informed me that the RERA number was TN/01/Building/0010/2021 and the prices start from Rs. 53 Lakhs Onwards. Since the price was so low, I decided to purchase a 2 BHK unit. 

I came across the Adroit Urban Prosper last week after a friend of mine told me that he had booked a 2 BHK unit with them. I checked their website and learned about their location, following which I visited the site. The property appeared attractive to me. I learned about the various amenities and the executive present there also told me about the Adroit Urban Prosper project area, which was 4.62 Acres. Since the project was ready to move, I decided to not purchase it as I wasn’t looking for something instantly. I later booked a unit at

in the same area.

I received a call from my cousin, who asked me to visit the Adroit Urban Prosper project with him. He told me that the Adroit Urban Prosper location is Thalambur Village, Chengalpattu, Chennai, Tamil Nadu 600130. 

After visiting the property, we asked about the amenities and the executive told us that they have a party hall, pet area, swimming pool, well equipped gym, maze garden, etc. Following that, I asked about the Adroit Urban Prosper possession date, which they told us had started from June 2024. Overall, the property looked nice and my cousin was also looking for a ready-to-move project, and thus booked a 2 BHK.
