What are the Affinity Brundaavana Reviews, Jakkur, Bangalore?

When I was looking to invest in property in Jakkur, Bangalore, the location of the property mattered a lot because I know how tough it can get to navigate through Bangalore traffic. I wanted to save as much time as I can on my commute. That’s why the Affinity Brundaavana address appealed to me and I am sharing my review. 

• It has a lot of locational advantages with the Manyata Tech Park being just 3.2 km away.

• For schools, Greenfield Public School, Orchids The International School, and Jakkur International School are all less than 1km away. 

• Also, Regal Hospital is just 2 km away and Relive Hospital is 5 km away. 

• For shopping and other leisure activities, Phoenix Mall of Asia is only 3 km from the property. 

This made me invest in a 2 BHK of 1300 sq ft on this property. I will rate them 4 out of 5 under my Affinity Brundaavana reviews.

A friend of mine recently recommended Affinity Brundaavana to me after I told him I was looking for some property to invest in Jakkur. I planned to look it up and found out about all the amenities they offer. They have a gym for people who are into fitness, along with a refreshing swimming pool. There is also a badminton court and a basketball pole. 

• They even have a mini cricket pitch, which is perfect because my son loves cricket.

• There are CCTV cameras everywhere for security. 

• There is a jogging track and a playground as well. 

• The mini amphitheatre is also there for any minor celebrations or such. 

Moreover, the Affinity Brundaavana price also seemed quite reasonable to me, starting at Rs. 84 Lakh. RERA also approved the project and the Affinity Brundaavana RERA Number is PRM/KA/RERA/1251/309/PR/180822/005163. Now, I would like to visit the property and then make the final decision.

I had recently visited this project after I found out about it when I was looking for some property to invest in. I saw that this property offers 2 and 3 BHK luxurious flats and has 190 units in total. This project was launched in November 2022 and the Affinity Brundaavana possession date is going to be of April 2025.
