My uncle has invested in Akshaya Avanthika project and around next year they will move in. I have visited the site with them a couple of times and I can say that the facilities provided by the project will be up to par. I have stated the amenities provided in the project below:

Buzzer access mechanism at the stilt level lobby for visitor entry
Anti-Termite treatment
Fire extinguisher on every floor
Underground sump and overhead tank with adequate capacity

Waterproofing in toilets and terrace
Solar Panels on the terrace
As per Akshaya Avanthika possession date it will be ready to move in January 2025.

We were looking for an apartment in Valasaravakkam, Chennai and my husband’s colleague gave him a brochure of Akshaya Avanthika. We skimmed through it and found that the project is newly launched with all the units under construction. The unit configuration includes,

The project has an area of 0.12 acres, and Akshaya Avanthika price starts from Rs. 2.23 Crores. I think it’s a great project to invest in, and it has 3 BHK apartments with modern and exceptional amenities. Another major fact is that the project is in Valasaravakkam. The nearest bus stop is the Vadapalani Bus Depot. Vadpalani Metro is also just 4.2 km from this project. Akshaya Avanthika ensures great connectivity.
