I learned that it's a ready-to-move project from a social media ad. I planned to invest in this project and thus visited the Alliance Orchid Springs location. To be honest, I was amazed after my visit to the location. This project might be a few years old, but despite that, it was well-maintained.
It also has a few key locations in its vicinity, such as Korattur Bus Terminus and Thirumangalam metro station, for faster travel. It also has a bunch of supermarkets and hospitals around it. Looking at all these advantages, I planned to invest in a 2 BHK flat.

I am writing this Alliance Orchid Springs Review because I moved into one of their 2 BHK apartments in 2022. Though the project might not be as big, it does come with excellent amenities such as a swimming pool, children's play area, badminton court, basketball court, jogging track, etc. Among all the amenities, what stood out to me was a spa, skating rink, aerobics room, and rainwater harvesting. These are some of the major reasons that contributed to my choice of purchasing the apartment here.
