What are the Reviews of Anamika Enclave, Sector 12, Gurgaon?

I have heard several positive Anamika Enclave reviews hence ultimately decided to check it out in April 2024. I loved the project mainly because of the construction quality. I checked out a property and noticed that

  • The master bedroom has oil-bound distemper on the walls and vitrified tiles

  • The apartments have RCC frame structures

  • The living rooms have vitrified tiles laid

  • All the fittings in the bathroom are of branded quality

  • Good quality paints have been used on the walls

The apartment I checked was in good condition and worth investing Rs 79.9 lakhs (3 BHK apartment 1,300 sq ft). Since the Anamika Enclave possession date was 1997, you will get ready to move into properties here at a reasonable price so do consider investing here.

My aunt lives in this project so let me highlight the major aspects of this project starting with the Anamika Enclave location. This project is located in Sector-12, Old Delhi Road, Anamika Enclave, Gurgaon. 

There are many schools, colleges, malls, markets and others available in its close vicinity like:

  • The Maharana Memorial Public School, Sector 14 and the Vinayak Public School are within 1 km

  • The SBI bank is also within 1 km of the project

  • The Saraswati Hospital is within 200 mt

  • Mamta Hospital within 520 mt

  • Reliance Fresh Market is located just 1.4 km from here

  • The Vatika One on One and World Tech Park are within 1.8 km

In short, this location has everything and enjoys superb connectivity. I have visited this project multiple times hence can assure you that the project is worth investing in.

The Anamika Enclave project area is 7 acres. It is a huge project and my in-laws, living here for a decade have never faced any serious issues. Now, we are planning to invest in a 3 BHK here and were provided with several options by the sales team to choose from like:
