I have heard several positive Anamika Enclave reviews hence ultimately decided to check it out in April 2024. I loved the project mainly because of the construction quality. I checked out a property and noticed that
The master bedroom has oil-bound distemper on the walls and vitrified tiles
The apartments have RCC frame structures
The living rooms have vitrified tiles laid
All the fittings in the bathroom are of branded quality
Good quality paints have been used on the walls
The apartment I checked was in good condition and worth investing Rs 79.9 lakhs (3 BHK apartment 1,300 sq ft). Since the Anamika Enclave possession date was 1997, you will get ready to move into properties here at a reasonable price so do consider investing here.
