Last month, I was looking for a 1 BHK apartment when I came across some Anand Park reviews. I found that 1 BHK price starts from Rs. 32 Lakhs and planned to visit the property to check what it offers. There aren’t many luxurious facilities available but I liked the location. My previous apartment's location made commuting difficult for me. But the Anand Park location is a major advantage here.
Karan park bus stop is just about 0.3 km away from the residence
Kalyani Hospital is within 2.5 km
PVR is 1.6 km away
Phoenix Marketcity is also within 1.6 km
D-Mart is around 3.7 km away
All of this convinced me to invest in 1 BHK here.

Anand Park unit configuration is 1 and 2 BHK apartments, starting from Rs. 32 Lakhs. The rooms are also very spacious and well-ventilated. They have a separate parking space as well which is another convenient factor for us.
It has been almost a year since we moved into this area and I can say the experience has been exhilarating, especially the peaceful community and the greenery at the park. I would recommend you to visit the property once if you're looking for an investment.
