We recently checked out the project and liked it a lot. We have been searching for a 2.5 BHK home in Hyderabad and this one seems like a good fit. There are 2 clubhouses with 1 lakh square feet area. The clubhouses have a banquet hall, swimming pool, mini banquet, gym, yoga, indoor games, study and library and also a BBQ area. When it comes to the Ananda The Legacy unit size, the 2.5 BHK flat has a spacious 956 sq. ft. carpet area, which I think is great for this configuration. There are luxurious offerings here with good open space. So, we are thinking of finalising the deal.

My partner and I checked out the 3 BHK on sale in Ananda The Legacy a couple of weeks ago. The locality of the project is a thing we are interested in as the region has potential because of the proximity to commercial areas. There’s good development around with several supermarkets like Shiva Super Market, Ratnadeep Super Market and Reliance Smart Point 1 km away. Apart from this, we saw the floor plan and the 3 BHK has a great space with a carpet area ranging from 1009 sq. ft. to 1393 sq. ft.
We then asked about the Ananda The Legacy RERA number to be sure of the legal approvals from the authority. They share the number, P02400008615, so we were relieved on the legal aspect. Overall, this is a nice place, but we are considering other projects, too.

Hi there. We booked a 2 BHK apartment in this project last month. I’d like to give you an Ananda The Legacy review to share my opinion. The project is under construction at present and it is in Manikonda, which is a pretty good locality. There are lots of major commercial areas like Gachibowli, Hitec City and Financial District which are close to it. The road connectivity is another thing which we like, as the Outer Ring Road links Manikonda to the rest of the city. In terms of healthcare, there’s AIG Hospital, Sunshine Hospital and Continental Hospital nearby. All these things make the Ananda The Legacy location a good one.
There are a total of 12 towers in the project with each having ground plus 22 floors. The project area is massive, spreading across 18 acres with lots of greenery, which is one of my favourite things here. Ananda The Legacy possession date, which is June 2029, also suits our timeline. If you are looking for a home in Manikonda, this can be a good choice.
