Sector 78 is a good area and there are easy commute options near this property. The Sector 101 Metro Station is 500m away, while the Grah Pravesh Society Bus Stop is 2 km from Antriksh Golf.
I also asked whether the property was RERA-approved or not. So, they shared the Antriksh Golf View RERA number, which is UPRERAPRJ11308. The flats are decently spaced with nice ventilation. In all, I feel this is a good property and you can consider it.

So we recently visited this place to see the 3 BHK property on resale. A friend of ours who works in real estate suggested it to us after hearing about our preferences. Apart from the 3 BHK that we were interested in, you also get 2 BHK flats under the Antriksh Golf View unit configuration. This is a gated society spread across a large area of around 11 acres. A thing I noticed while visiting the place was the good maintenance done around the property. There is a maintenance staff that keeps a check on cleanliness and hygiene. You also get a lot of amenities here. Some of the ones me and my kid liked were the swimming pool, park, children’s play area, aerobics room, amphitheatre and the tennis court. We went home with a positive view of the property and are considering making the purchase.

We own a 2 BHK flat in Antriksh Golf and have been quite happy with the purchase we made. We bought the flat in a resale deal earlier this year. You get a lot of open space here with greenery, which is one of our favourite things here. You get a good space to park your vehicles, both two and four-wheelers. As far as the Antriksh Golf View location goes, you have entertainment options like the Spectrum Mall 5 km from the property and the Sikka Mall of Noida about 7 km away. In terms of healthcare, you have the Shri Om Kashyap Lifeline Hospital 5 km from the society and several Apollo pharmacies nearby. If you are looking for flats in Noida, this can be a pick.
