What are the Aparna Aura Reviews, Shaikpet, Hyderabad?

I was looking for some investment opportunities when I came across an Aparna Aura Review. I learned about the project location, which is Senore Colony, Aparna Senore Valley Villas, Ambedkar Nagar, Shaikpet, Hyderabad. Since I was focused on investing, the first thing I checked was the prime locations near the project. Some of those were.

• Orthopaedic Clinic Hyderabad, 6 mins 

• Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, Jubilee Hills, 5 mins

After learning about these, I invested in a 3 BHK unit at the Aparna Aura project. 

Last month, I received a call from the Aparna Aura marketing team. I rarely entertain such calls, but it was from Aparna Builders, and that’s why I picked it. They are one of the best builders in Hyderabad with 24 years of experience and have made successful projects such as Aparna WestSide, Aparna CyberLife, etc. The caller told me that there were a few ready-to-move flats available on the project. I asked them about the Aparna Aura unit configuration and price, which they informed me was 3 BHK and Rs. 3.25 crores. The price seemed to be slightly higher than the budget, but it was still within reach. Though I have planned to purchase the apartment, I still want to check it out physically before going through the process. 

As I am a firm believer in Vastu shastra, I have always wanted to purchase a vastu-compliant apartment. So, when I visited the Aparna Aura location, the first thing I asked was whether the apartments were Vastu-compliant or not. A sales representative told me it was and gave me a tour of an apartment. I found the apartment very spacious, and it received a lot of natural light as well. The balcony was wider and bigger compared to all the apartments I had checked before. There was also a pleasant view from there. Overall, I loved the apartment and bought it after that.
